Flok: Growing up
The award-winning vocal group Flok, known for their rhythmic music, is redefining the Finnish a cappella scene with their emotionally powerful original songs and distinctive artistic sound. Boosted by record labels and artists on social media, the group won the Amplified Ensembles category at the 2023 Tampere Vocal Music Festival. The concert brings together songs that explore themes of growing pains and new directions. The program includes both original Flok compositions and groovy arrangements of well-known classics.
The concert will take place at Kartanogolf in Joroinen. A stage will be built in front of the Kesäkartano-restaurant specifically for the event. The audience will enjoy the concert from the restaurant’s terrace and the lawn area, where chairs will be provided. Some seating will be placed under canopies. The fully licensed restaurant will be open throughout the performance. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
The restaurant, which will have A-rights, will be open throughout the performance. Before the concert, starting at 17.30, a buffet dinner will be served for 38 €. Please make reservations in advance: Heli Sarell 050 599 5059 or heli.sarell@kartanogolf.fi. For dinner reservations, we require advance ticket purchase (Lippu.fi, festival office or Kartanogolf). We will check the tickets before the meal. Those dining in the restaurant will be directed to the concert area when the concert starts. For diners and groups, we offer the possibility to reserve a seat.
Accommodation is available in the Bomila forest suites located next to Kartanogolf.
